Update on Downtown Station

Downtown Station update:
- The Steering Committee will meet on Monday, Sept. 23, to finalize their selections for the top 3-5 site locations. Those recommendations will go to City Commission, likely in October, for further discussion. - The City Commission will advance 3-5 sites to the concept development phase, to enable a more thorough analysis of each site.
- Toward the end of the year, City Commission will see the resulting concept development plans and recommend one site to be advanced as the top choice. Then the final design process will begin, with construction estimated in late 2025/early 2026.
