I am not working at all. I wanted to take the first two years to kind of focus on my schoolwork. I would say that that’s one of the biggest adjustments. That was one of the hardest things coming here, I think, was that I was never used to this extent of work. So it was kind of hard to get used to everything. And then I also kind of really over piled my classes every semester. ‘Cause I was like ‘oh I wanna get my credits done,’ and now I’m like ‘it’s okay to take your time you’re—I’m not in a rush.’ This semester I am looking for a job, so we’ll see—maybe somewhere on mass, a cute little shop. I could be a barista.

I would say—don’t be afraid to go out of your comfort zone. I know it sounds so cheesy, but even if it’s not really your thing to go out and try new things, try and socialize. Just try saying yes within reason to a few more things. So if that’s like somebody that you meet in class or your dorm that wants to go get lunch or study together, say yes because you’d be surprised. You meet the best people and receive the best opportunities in the most random moments.
