I’m technically a freshman. I took a semester off midway, so I would be a sophomore.
[I’m in] environmental studies. I’m thinking water treatment work, or maybe working for a national park or something like that.I originally lived in downtown KC, MO so you couldn’t even see the stars. There’s no green spaces and stuff like that.
Me and my dad used to stargaze all the time when I was a kid, and he used to talk about the stars. I used to try researching the stars so I could impress him and then I got really into it.
I love going down to the lake and just seeing Baker Wetlands. I really like Wells Overlook. You drive 12 minutes away. It’s a wood tower like three stories, and you actually get to see the whole entire Lawrence area. You should check it out.
